Mental Health Clinician/Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LP)

Sageberry Psychology is seeking a licensed, independently practicing clinician to join our team. While our physical office is located in New Albany, this position offers full flexibility — remote, hybrid, or in-person — making it an excellent opportunity for clinicians living in Oxford or surrounding areas. We are looking for a therapist committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a supportive and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clients to establish goals and evaluate outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, consultations, and professional development
  • Comply with all legal, ethical, and HIPAA standards
  • Maintain active licensure and continuing education

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Current independent license in Mississippi (LPC, LCSW, or LP)
  • Experience with diverse client populations preferred
  • Proficiency with EHR systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
